Our apartment is nestled in the peaceful village of Dellach, in a sunny hillside location at the foot of the Ulrichsberg mountain. Surrounded by rolling hills, lush meadows, and quiet forests, you will experience the relaxed serenity of Carinthia, while living in one of Austria’s most historic regions.

Just a few minutes away, impressive testimonies of the past await you: the Church of St. Peter and Paul in Karnburg, one of the oldest churches in Carinthia; the historic Zollfeld plain with its Celtic and Roman excavations; and the widely known Maria Saal Cathedral. Hardly any other region blends nature, culture, and history in such a unique way.

At the same time, our holiday home is the ideal starting point for wonderfully diverse days. In only about 15 minutes, you can reach the historic old town of Klagenfurt with its charming alleys, cozy cafés, and excellent restaurants. Equally close is Lake Wörthersee, with its turquoise water, pristine lidos, and lively promenades that invite you to stroll and enjoy.

Nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts will also find everything their hearts desire. Beautiful hiking trails and scenic mountain bike routes start right at your doorstep, leading you around the Ulrichsberg and through the gentle hills of central Carinthia. Whether you prefer a leisurely stroll, a panoramic hike, or an active cycling tour, everyone will find their personal favorite spot here.
