We want you to be able to plan your holiday with peace of mind right from the start. That is why we have summarized all our rates in a clear and transparent overview below. Should you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us personally at any time.
Our Rates
Our holiday apartment is available from € 455.– per night.
This rate includes:
exclusive use of the entire apartment
up to 6 guests
3 comfortable bedrooms
For 7 to 8 guests, we are happy to open the 4th bedroom to ensure ample space and privacy for all travelers. For each additional person, we charge € 74.– per night.
Children
Children up to 2 years of age stay free of charge. A baby cot and a high chair are also provided free of charge.
Additional Costs
Final cleaning (one-time fee): € 110.–
Dog: € 16.– per day and dog
Local tourism tax (Ortstaxe): charged separately in accordance with legal regulations.
Good to Know
Minimum stay: 3 nights
All rates are final prices including 10% VAT.
Booking & Payment
We want you to be able to plan your holiday with peace of mind right from the start. That is why we keep our booking process personal, transparent, and uncomplicated. Should you have any questions, we are happy to assist you at any time.
1. Non-binding Inquiry
Simply send us your non-binding booking inquiry. We will check the availability and gladly prepare a personal and binding offer for you.
2. Your Reservation
As soon as you receive our offer via email or WhatsApp, we will reserve the holiday apartment exclusively for you for five days. This gives you plenty of time to finalize your booking at your convenience.
3. Payment
Since we do not accept credit card payments, payment is made conveniently and securely via bank transfer. Please transfer the total booking amount to our bank account within the five-day reservation period.
Any applicable bank charges, particularly for transfers from abroad, must be covered by you.
4. Booking Confirmation
As soon as your payment has been received, you will immediately receive your final booking confirmation. From this moment on, your getaway in Maria Saal is officially reserved, and the anticipation of your holiday can begin.
Good to know
If the booking amount is not credited to our account within the reservation period, the reservation expires automatically. The holiday apartment will then be released again for other guests to book.
Cancellation Policy
We look forward to welcoming you to our apartment and want you to be able to plan your holiday with peace of mind. Should your plans change unexpectedly, the following cancellation conditions apply:
Free Cancellation: You can cancel your booking free of charge within 48 hours after receiving our binding booking confirmation.
Up to 90 days before arrival: For cancellations made up to 90 days before the scheduled arrival date, we will refund 50% of the total booking amount.
From 89 days before arrival: In the event of a cancellation from 89 days before arrival, late arrival, or early departure, a refund is unfortunately no longer possible. In this case, 100% of the booking amount will be charged.
We strongly recommend taking out a travel cancellation insurance so that you are financially protected in the event of unforeseen circumstances and can plan your holiday without any worries.
